# Tool Not Loading

> Fix issues with AI tools not loading or displaying errors on FutureStack.

# Tool Not Loading

If an AI tool's page isn't loading correctly on FutureStack, here are a few things to try.

## Steps to fix

  <Step title="Refresh the page">
    Press `F5` or `Ctrl + R` (Windows) / `Cmd + R` (Mac) to reload the page. Temporary network issues are the most common cause.

  <Step title="Clear your browser cache">
    Cached data can sometimes cause display issues. Try clearing your browser cache or opening the page in a private/incognito window.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Try a different browser">
    If the page works in another browser, the issue is likely with your current browser's settings or extensions.

  <Step title="Check your internet connection">
    Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Disable browser extensions">
    Ad blockers or privacy extensions can sometimes interfere with page loading. Try disabling them temporarily.

## If the tool's own website isn't working

FutureStack is a directory, we link to tools but don't host them. If a tool's external website is down, that's outside of our control. The tool's own support team would be the right contact.
