# Getting started

> Everything AI tool makers need to launch and grow on FutureStack.

FutureStack is free for makers. Listing your tool puts it in front of thousands of people actively looking for AI tools every day.

## Step 1, Submit your tool

Go to [usefuturestack.com/submit](https://www.usefuturestack.com/submit) and fill in the submission form. Read the [Submission Guidelines](/submissions/submission-guidelines) first to get approved on the first try.

## Step 2, Get approved

Submissions are reviewed within 48 hours. Once approved, your tool goes live in the New This Week section of the feed and gets 7 days of guaranteed visibility.

## Step 3, Optimize your listing

A complete listing performs significantly better than a minimal one. See [Optimize Your Listing](/makers/optimize-your-listing) for specific tips on what to improve.

## Step 4, Share your listing

Tell your users, your community, and your followers that you are on FutureStack. Ask them to upvote if they find it useful. Genuine upvotes from real users boost your ranking in Trending and Top Rated.

## Step 5, Aim for Stack of the Day

Stack of the Day gives one tool full homepage visibility for an entire day. Email us at [team.futurestack@gmail.com](mailto:team.futurestack@gmail.com) with a short pitch if you think your tool deserves the spotlight.
