Every submission goes through a quick human review before going live. Here is exactly what happens after you hit Submit.
1

Submission received

Your tool lands in our review queue and you get a confirmation email. The admin team is notified immediately.
2

We check the basics

We verify the tool exists, the website is live, and the description is original and accurate. We also check that the tool meets our listing standards.
3

We review the listing quality

We look at the logo, tagline, description, category, and role tags. If anything is missing or unclear, we may fill in small gaps ourselves or reach out to you.
4

Approval or rejection

If approved, your tool goes live in the feed under New This Week and gets 7 days of guaranteed visibility. If rejected, you get an email explaining why and what to fix before resubmitting.

How long does it take

We aim to review all submissions within 48 hours. During high-volume periods it may take up to 72 hours.

Common reasons for rejection

  • The tool is on a waitlist with no working product
  • The description is copy-pasted from the tool website
  • The logo is missing or low quality
  • The tool is not AI-powered in a meaningful way
  • The website URL does not load

After approval

Once live, your tool appears in the feed and gets indexed by Google via our sitemap. You will receive an email confirmation with a link to your listing.
