How to report

Email team.futurestack@gmail.com with the subject line “Bug report” and include:
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • The URL of the page where it happened
  • Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone)
  • A screenshot if possible
The more detail you include, the faster we can fix it.

Common issues with quick fixes

  • Page not loading: try a hard refresh with Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac
  • Upvote not working: make sure you are logged in and try refreshing
  • Search returning no results: try a shorter or different search term
  • Login loop: clear your browser cookies and try again

Response time

We aim to respond to bug reports within 24 hours and fix critical issues within 48 hours.
