Check that all required fields are filled in. The most commonly missed fields are the full description (minimum 150 words) and the logo upload. Also check that your website URL starts with https://.
Logo upload failed
Try a smaller file. Logos should be PNG or JPG, square, and ideally 512x512px. Files larger than 2MB may fail. If the upload keeps failing, skip it for now and submit without a logo. You can add it later after approval.
Duplicate warning
If you see a message saying the tool may already be listed, search FutureStack for your tool name before submitting again. If it is already live, you can claim the listing instead. See Claim Your Tool.
No confirmation email
Check your spam folder. If nothing arrives after 10 minutes, your submission still went through. Email team.futurestack@gmail.com with your tool name to confirm.
Submission rejected
You will receive an email explaining the reason. Fix the issues mentioned and resubmit. See Submission Guidelines for what we look for. Last modified on May 29, 2026
